Yet when his adoptive sister Barbara was shot by the villain Deathwatch, Ketch transformed into the Spirit of Vengeance, spreading righteous hellfire across the Marvel universe. While perhaps nothing truly original in the modern action landscape, making Ketch the MCU’s Ghost Rider could bring back the youthful bent to the character that hasn’t been prominent since the 90s.
