The auteur told AP that Jane Schoenbrun ‘s sophomore indie feature is among his favorite recent films. “I Saw the TV Glow” debuted at Sundance to rave reviews and stars Justice Smith and Brigette Lundy-Paine as a duo that become fundamentally impacted by their shared fandom of a series. “There was one film I liked a great deal I saw two weeks ago called ‘I Saw the TV Glow.’ It really was emotionally and psychologically powerful and very moving,” Scorsese said.
