Martha Stewart reportedly pissed off Netflix after she criticized Martha , the streamer's documentary about her life. The film premiered at the Telluride Film Festival.
'I try not to talk publicly about the things I don’t like, [as] it’s not good business,' she said during an on-stage conversation with the Daily Beast's Chief Creative and Content Officer Joanna Coles. Her issue stems from the fact that the documentary places, in her opinion, too much focus on her trial and subsequent incarceration for insider trading in 2004. Comey was fired by Donald Trump in 2017 following widespread criticism of his handling of both the Hillary Clinton email and the Russian election interference investigations.
