The Married At First Sight star, 36, underwent an operation at St Vincent's Private Hospital in Melbourne on Wednesday to have her breast implants removed.
Martha, whose bust grew to an F-cup bra size while pregnant last year, paid around $15,000 to have her implants taken out by breast surgery specialist Hamish Farrow.
