Marshmello & Jonas Brothers’ ‘Slow Motion’ Debuts in Top Five on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart

Marshmello and Jonas Brothers’ new collaboration, “Slow Motion,” debuts in the top five of Billboard ’s newly-revamped Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart (dated Feb. 1). The single earns Marshmello his 19th career top 10 on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, the fifth-most in the chart’s history (which dates to January 2013), after Kygo (26), David Guetta (25), the Chainsmokers and Calvin Harris (23 each). The 25-position chart ranks the most popular current dance/electronic songs, billed to DJs, producers and long-standing core artists in the dance/electronic genre, with an emphasis on electronic-based production.
