Married At First Sight star Sebastian Guilhaus has lost his bid to perform volunteer work with recovering addicts, after the Supreme Court of South Australia rejected it.

The 36-year-old reality star, who is headed to trial in October for trafficking in a commercial quantity of a controlled drug, appealed the District Court's original decision to not let him serve as a 'role model' at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Guilhaus, who starred on the seventh season of the popular Channel 9 dating show, pleaded not guilty to trafficking in a commercial quantity of a controlled drug in South Australia's District Court.
