Married At First Sight UK star Adam Nightingale has undergone an impressive body transformation since the show, with fans noticing how the barber looks completely different.
And in recent episodes, the pair have amped up the romance, with Adam treating Polly to a candlelit dinner complete with rose petals in scenes which aired earlier this week.
