The couple, who took the next step in their romance during the Homestays when Jeff gave his bride a key to his apartment, were loved up prior to the reunion. Speaking exclusively to Daily Mail Australia, the reality TV couple admitted that while the retreat was meant to be a 'circuit breaker,' it quickly turned into a pressure cooker, exposing fractures in relationships and testing alliances among the cast. Meanwhile Jeff admitted things look a bit different for him: 'You're on TV one minute, and the next I'm taking the ladder off the car and walking into a construction site.'
