Marlon Wayans Speaks Out After Ex Brittany Moreland Files for Full Custody of 1-Year-Old Daughter

Wayans is father to three children: Kai and Shawn, with ex Angela Zachary, and Axl with Moreland.

"It's the classic case of a good, loving, responsible father shelling out over $18K per month for a 1-year-old, and an entitled woman decides she wants more," Wayans told the outlet. Moreland is seeking legal and physical custody of Axl, but asks that the actor receive visitation rights. Moreland, who is listed as an "unemployed graduate student" in California, is also petitioning for Wayans to cover "reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth" and attorney and legal fees.
