Mark Wahlberg showcased his hunky shirtless physique as he enjoyed a hearty 4am breakfast on Tuesday.

Now, instead of eating four full meals at 3.15am, 5.30am, 8am and then 10.30am, the Pain and Gain star has ditched the early morning starts and enjoys just one breakfast at a more human hour. Despite it being revealed last year that he was scaling back his gruelling daily routine , Mark still got stuck into a very large breakfast which included pork chops, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon The Other Guys actor, who lives with his wife Rhea Durham and their four children Ella, 21, Michael, 18, Brendan, 16, and Grace, 15, said: 'I'm sad that it took me until I was about 52 years old to figure it out.'
