Marilyn Manson Drops Lawsuit Against Ex Evan Rachel Wood After 2 Years
Marilyn Manson has dropped a lawsuit he filed against ex-fiancee Evan Rachel Wood in March 2022 and agreed to pay the actress’ legal fees
The statement also detailed that Manson’s lawsuit accused Wood of “defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress,” alleging that she “orchestrated a campaign to cast him as a rapist and destroy his career.” An attorney for Manson, Howard King, told Rolling Stone in a statement on Tuesday, “After four years of fighting a battle where he was able to tell the truth, Brian is pleased to dismiss his still-pending claims and appeal in order to close the door on this chapter of his life.” Marilyn Manson opened up in a new Esquire interview talking about his feud with Courtney Love and pal Billy Corgan's advice to steer clear of ex Rose McGowan
