Mariah Carey Gave Her New Wax Figure Diamonds From Her Own Closet
Of course Mariah Carey's Madame Tussauds wax figure is decked out in major bling
On Sunday, November 3, the “All I Want for Christmas” singer helped unveil “Wax Mariah” during a red carpet event at Madame Tussauds in New York City. She donated a near-blinding diamond-and-ruby necklace, matching earrings and a butterfly ring to her wax figure to give it authenticity. Carey memorably wore the necklace to the Empire State Building in 2016, where she was given the all-important task of turning the lights on for Christmas, which is now an annual tradition.
