Mandy Moore has slammed Los Angeles County for 'making it impossible' to rebuild her Altadena home that was partially destroyed in the devastating fires that broke out four months ago.
The This Is Us actress, 41, had nearly completed renovating the house she shared with husband Taylor Goldsmith and their three children Gus, four, Ozzie, two, and baby Louise when the deadly infernos broke out on January 7 amid strong winds.
