Man Who Says He Was Sexually Assaulted by Diddy as a 10-Year-Old Still Has 'Night Terrors Regularly': Complaint

The man was 10 when he said the music mogul sexually assaulted him.

Combs then allegedly forced the plaintiff to perform oral sex and said something to the effect of “you have to do some stuff you don’t want to do sometimes,” the complaint states. "As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” an attorney for the music mogul said in a statement. In September, Combs was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges or sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
