The mandatory evacuation zone encompasses approximately 2,000 homes along the coast west of Los Angeles, many of which are multimillion-dollar properties owned by celebrities and high-profile figures. This coveted stretch of coastline is home to numerous luxury estates, including a remarkable $48 million residence designed by renowned architect Richard Meier, owned by Oracle founder Larry Ellison. Adding to the urgency, one of California’s priciest homes, purchased this year by music icons Beyoncé and Jay-Z for an astonishing $190 million, is also under an evacuation warning.
