The former Project star, 43, showed off her figure in a blue crop top and matching sport shorts as she sat on an exercise bike. A few months ago I was feeling a little blah and needed something to train towards, so I signed up to run (or crawl) along the Great Wall of China half marathon. Posting to her stories in March, the Hit FM drive-time star shared a video and a gallery of pictures which featured her workout routine - running and swimming.
