Five claims against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs in music producer Rodney Jones’ sexual assault lawsuit against the rap mogul were dismissed by a New York judge
Multiple claims against Sean “Diddy” Combs in a $30 million lawsuit filed by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones were dismissed Monday, March 24, per reports. Diddy filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in August 2024, a month before he was indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution following an arrest in September 2024. After facing several sexual assault and abuse allegations from multiple people, Diddy, 54, was arrested in New York City on September 16 and later charged with sex trafficking and racketeering.
