Maisie Peters Says She Is Taking A ‘Step Back’ From Touring

Maisie Peters announced on social media that she will no longer be joining Kelsea Ballerini on her upcoming 2025 arena tour, citing her mental health

“As most of you know, I’ve been on the road a lot over the past few years, and the constant travel has really taken a toll on my mental health,” Peters wrote in a text post shared via Instagram and X. “Kelsea’s been one of my favourite artists since i was a baby songwriter blasting love me like you mean it on my ipod touch, and rolling up the welcome map was and continues to be so inspiring to me everytime i listen.” Demi Lovato, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Jon Hamm, Carrie Fisher, and Ashley Judd are among the many celebrities who've admitted to struggling with depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder
