Magnolia Pictures Acquires Sci-Fi Pic ‘Omni Loop’ Starring Mary-Louise Parker & Ayo Edebiri
The Ayo Edebiri sci-fi movie 'Omni Loop' has been acquired by Magnolia Pictures for release in the U.S. on September 20, Deadline can reveal.
A 2AM and Lou Filmproduction production, Omni Loop also stars Cora Bora helmer Hannah Pearl Utt, Chris Witaske ( The Bear), and Carlos Jacott ( Grosse Pointe Blank). Stated Eamonn Bowles, co-CEO of Magnolia Pictures, “Mary Louise Parker and Ayo Edebiri are spellbinding in Bernardo Britto’s terrifically twisty film. The deal was negotiated by Magnolia SVP of Acquisitions John Von Thaden, with WME Independent and 2AM on behalf of the filmmakers.
