Amidst a period of intense international travel, sleep deprivation, and jet lag recovery, Mel attributed these symptoms to the toll of her hectic schedule. During her appearances on the latest series of MAFS, Mel confessed to feeling "low energy," which, in hindsight, was one of the initial signs she chose to overlook.
