Ryan didn't disclose what was wrong with Leo, simply captioning the post with “I love you” and a blue heart emoji. This comes just weeks after the reality star celebrated Leo's seventh birthday with a series of adorable throwback snaps on Instagram, where he referred to his son as “the greatest gift life could offer”.
