Married At First Sight UK star Adam Nightingale has taken to Instagram to document his work-out routine and impressive weight loss, revealing he had dropped 2.5 stone
It comes after being in the centre of controversy for comments he made on the show about his wife Polly ’s appearance, stating his type was “petite brunettes”. Fans and Adam’s co-stars took to the comments of the post, as Lacey, who is married to Nathan on the show penned: “‘Cheeky little tense though’ felt awkward though [laughing emoji]. During a ‘girls day’ game, Polly revealed if she had the option, she would switch husbands to Stephen, claiming he was more open with his emotions and PDA.
