Madonna rang in her 66th birthday in style in Italy with her kids, friends and new toy boy Akeem Morris, 28. The Material Girl lived up to her name during her Italian getaway, donning lavish costumes.
In the new snaps that she shared to Instagram, Madge wore a pretty, long floral dress which she paired with a white scarf that she alternately tied around her hat or draped over her shoulder. All six of Madonna's kids, Lourdes Leon, 27, Rocco Ritchie, 24, David Banda, 18, Mercy James, 18, plus twins Stella and Estere, 11, accompanied her to Italy.
