Madonna is receiving comparisons to pop sensation, Sabrina Carpenter, after sharing an age-defying selfie to her Instagram Story on Sunday evening.
Following her glamorous post, taken ahead of her performance at New York City's LadyLand Festival in Brooklyn, the music icon and pop culture legend, 65, sent the internet into a frenzy as their marveled over her youthful appearance and striking resemblance to the Espresso hitmaker, who is 40 years her junior. The comments come just Carpenter stepped out in a stunning Michael Kors dress, previously worn Madonna on the cover of Glamour magazine in 1990, to a Vogue World: Paris afterparty. The Disney Channel alum, who opened for Taylor Swift on The Eras Tour in Latin America, Australia and Singapore, has recently skyrocketed in popularity following the releases of her hits Espresso, Please Please Please, Feather and Nonsense.
