Madonna is calling out Donald Trump's administration for their anti-LGBTQ+ agenda.
The order reinstates a policy from Trump’s first term that Joe Biden rescinded in 2021, which allowed trans people to enlist in the military and serve openly. In his first week as president, Trump also rolled back diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives, which gave marginalized groups opportunities that they wouldn’t otherwise. The singer has always expressed her disdain for Trump, sharing a message on Instagram after he won the 2024 election: “Trying to get my head around why a convicted felon, rapist, bigot was chosen to lead our country because he’s good for the economy?”
