Madonna is reflecting on her recovery following her hospitalization a year ago.
Madonna is reflecting on her growth since the health scare last summer that led to the Queen of Pop being induced into a coma for 48 hours in the ICU. ”A year ago today, I had just come home from the hospital after surviving a life threatening illness, I could barely stand in my backyard holding one sparkler,” she continued in the caption. The hospitalization forced the star to put her massive, career-spanning Celebration tour on pause, though the rescheduled dates began in the fall and continued through the spring earlier this year.
