Madonna Praises Sabrina Carpenter’s ‘Vogue’ Cover

Madonna responded to Sabrina Carpenter's new 'Vogue' cover, which pays homage to the pop singer.

After many fans noted how Carpenter’s nostalgic shoot bore a striking resemblance to Madonna ’s 1991 Vanity Fair spread, the Queen of Pop herself acknowledged the likeness. The Vogue image was shot by longtime Madonna collaborator Steven Meisel and sees the pop singer posing in a blue satin mini dress with a cone bra shape created by Dolce & Gabbana. For the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, donned a white sequin Bob Mackie gown that was famously worn by Madonna at the 1991 Oscars.
