“The shows opened in North America at Barclays in Brooklyn as planned, with the exception of a technical issue Dec. 13 during soundcheck,” tour company Live Nation and Madonna’s management said in a statement. Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden accused Madonna, Live Nation, and the Barclays arena venue of “unconscionable, unfair, and/or deceptive trade practices” by listing 8:30 p.m. as the start time. The pair also groused that the show ended at 1 M, as they “had to get up early to go to work and/or take care of their family responsibilities the next day.”
