Madison LeCroy found something special with husband Brett Randle after her public ups and downs with ex Austen Kroll. While LeCroy told Us she’d been talking about having more kids for at least a year, she teased that season 10 of Southern Charm would reveal one of the reasons their plans were slightly delayed. She explained that after undergoing surgery to remove a “three-centimeter nodule,” the cancer was eradicated, but Randle had “complications” later on that worried her.
