Made In Chelsea star Miles Nazaire has always documented changes to his physique, including body building and two huge operations on his chest, as well as his muscle dysmorphia
The reality star, who shot to fame when he joined Made In Chelsea back in 2018 and became something of a lothario on the show, has previously shared gory behind-the-scenes photos after he underwent surgery on his nipples a few years ago. Miles, who is most recently known for taking part in Dancing On Ice earlier this year, previously revealed that it was at the beginning of his television career that his “obsession” with his muscles began. However, what some may not know about the chiselled reality star is that he struggles with an 'impossible' health condition known as muscle dysmorphia which got so intense it led to disordered eating, depression, social isolation and plastic surgery.
