Mad Max: Furiosa fans left 'disturbed' by 'post-apocalyptic' language in Chris Hemsworth film

Mad Max: Furiosa is currently playing in cinemas and US audiences have been left confused over one major aspect of it.

Furiosa features a largely Australian all-star cast including Chris Hemsworth, Lachy Hulme, John Howard, Angus Sampson and Nathan Jones. It is written and directed by legendary Aussie filmmaker George Miller, and also features American actress Anya Taylor-Joy and English star Tom Burke. The film tells the origin story of a young Imperator Furiosa, played by Anya, who rose to fame as the star of Netflix hit The Queen's Gambit.
