Macklemore Enlists Palestinian Artists for ‘Hind’s Hall 2’ Protest Song


Macklemore has partnered with several Palestinian and Palestinian-American musicians for a sequel to his protest song, 'Hind's Hall.'

Track features Palestinian-American artists Anees and Amer Zahr, Gaza-born rapper MC Abdul, and the LA Palestinian Kids Choir Later in the song, Macklemore directs a line at Kamala Harris and nods tothe Uncommitted movement — an ongoing effortto stop U.S. arms shipments to Israel, curtail the country’s indiscriminate tactics in Gaza, and end the war. Macklemore released the original “Hind’s Hall” back in May amid the widespread campus protests calling for an end to Israel’s warin Gaza.
