Macaulay Culkin Says His Dad's Four Grandkids 'Want Nothing to Do with Him': 'He Deserves It'

Macaulay Culkin opened up about his estranged father Christopher "Kit" Culkin on Kate Hudson and Oliver Hudon's Sibling Revelry podcast, where he admitted that he and Christopher have not spoken in "about 30-something years."

His mother Patricia Brentrup's split from Christopher resulted in a custody battle over the couple's seven children, including Macaulay's siblings Kieran, Rory, Dakota, who died at 29 in 2008, Quinn, Shane, Christian and Jennifer. Macaulay has levied allegations that Christopher, who was once an actor himself and managed Macauley's career early on, was "physically and mentally" abusive to him in the past, including during a notable 2018 appearance on the WTF With Marc Maron podcast. Christoher has been mostly reclusive since severing ties with his ex and their seven kids decades ago, but in 2016, he gave a rare statement to the Daily Mail, saying of Macaulay, “I don’t consider him a son anymore.”
