M88 Signs ‘The Brothers Sun’ Scribe Justin Calen-Chenn
Justin Calen-Chenn, a staff writer on Netflix's recent Michelle Yeoh series 'The Brothers Sun,' has signed with M88.
Most recently, he sold a sports/crime TV series to Paramount alongside NBA legend Carmelo Anthony and Justin Simien’s Culture Machine. A 2020 Sundance Episodic Lab fellow, Calen-Chenn is also writing feature projects for an array of industry heavy hitters, including Fifth Season, Matt Jackson, Ma Dong Seok (Don Lee), Chernin, Netflix Africa, Taraji P. Henson, RuPaul, Roth/Kirschenbaum, Made With Love, AMC, and more. Other projects include a rap horror feature with Eli Roth, 50 Cent, and 3BlackDot, as well as a crime actioner with Universal and 87North, which has Ludacris set to star.
