Lynne McGranger 'set to marry her partner of 40 years' after leaving Home and Away
Home and Away stalwart Lynne McGranger announced last month she was leaving the iconic soap after three decades.
A close friend of the soap star's told New Idea that, with Lynne no longer tied down to Home and Away filming commitments, a walk down the aisle could very well be on the cards. 'I am forever grateful to the best production crew in the world and to our genius writers – whose doors are always open – for everything they have done for Irene over the past 33-odd years' she continued. 'It means a lot that my friendship and Irene has been such an important part in the lives of people in and around Summer Bay both on screen and behind the scenes,' she said in an interview with the Daily Telegraph in February.
