Lydia Bright reveals her children's book was 'therapy' for when she 'felt lost' during pregnancy and admits she wants ex James Argent to be her daughter's godfather
Lydia Bright candidly revealed that she used her new book Mummy And Me as 'therapy' to help her through pregnancy, on Wednesday's installment of Lorraine.
The former TOWIE star, 33, who shares Loretta, three, with ex-boyfriend Lee Cronin, admitted she 'felt very lost' throughout her pregnancy and so turned to writing a book - which releases Thursday. 'I just needed a distraction so this become sort of a passion project and a bit like therapy for me and to know that I was creating something that would ensure my child was represented properly because there isn't enough single parent books'.
