The former Made In Chelsea cast-member welcomed son Willoughby - her first child with husband James Dunmore - in March.
Watson, 33, has since shared her birth story in a lengthy social medial post, admitting she opted for private consultant-led care over the National Health Service as she went through the various stages of pregnancy.
