The former Made In Chelsea cast-member welcomed son Willoughby - her first child with husband James Dunmore - in March.

Watson, 33, has since shared her birth story in a lengthy social medial post, admitting she opted for private consultant-led care over the National Health Service as she went through the various stages of pregnancy. Watson was adamant that she didn't want an emergency caesarean section, but her worst-case scenario became a reality after a routine 39-week scan revealed the baby's umbilical cord had wrapped itself around his head Lucy and James both looked every inch the doting parents as they posed with their son in a black and white snap - when they initially revealed the joyful birth news
