Lucy Beaumont jokes about ex husband Jon Richardson 'disappearing' in latest stand-up show and reveals her parents are now 'separating'
Lucy and Jon, who share a daughter Elsie, eight, shocked fans by announcing their split in April after nine years of marriage.
The funnywoman, 41, kicked off the autumn leg of her live stand-up tour at the London Palladium on Friday night and name-checked her former partner and fellow comic - despite recently admitting she was banned from talking about her split by lawyers. Lucy and Jon, who is a team captain on Channel 4 series 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, started dating in 2013 after they met each other through friend Roisin Conaty and went on to work together on a number of shows including Meet The Richardsons on Dave. Since the split, fans have unearthed old video clips which suggest the marriage was on the rocks, including one where Lucy admitted she sometimes worries she 'made a mistake' marrying Jon as she slammed his stubbornness.
