Luca Guadagnino to Direct ‘Artificial’ Drama About AI for Amazon MGM
Luca Guadagnino is in talks to direct "Artificial," which is in development at Amazon MGM Studios.
Simon Rich wrote the script and will produce alongside Heyday Films’ David Heyman and Jeffrey Clifford. Heyman is also already in business with the studio as he gears up to produce the next James Bond film alongside Amy Pascal. Heyman is currently in pre-production on the “Harry Potter” television series and in post-production on Taika Waititi’s adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguru’s Klara and the Sun, starring Jenna Ortega and Amy Adams; as well as Noah Baumbach’s Jay Kelly, which he is producing alongside Amy Pascal, starring George Clooney and Adam Sandler.
