Luann de Lesseps detailed her lavish sleepover at Tilda Swinton's Scottish castle while exclusively chatting with Us Weekly

After their slumber party, de Lesseps said the pair became tight pals, and Swinton invited her to the New York City premiere of her new film, The Room Next Door, earlier this month.
