This Morning host Alison Hammond looked fitter and slimmer than ever as the 49 year old presenteer joined in a gym routine on Friday’s edition of the morning chatshow

Alison, who presents This Morning every Friday, usually with Dermot O’Leary, revealed on air that she suffers from knee pain but has been improving her fitness by using weights. Alison and Josie’s shared hosting duties on Friday had This Morning fans rushing to social media to praise them. The pair made a dramatic entrance to the studio in a fun Thelma & Louise inspired stunt, complete with a sports car.
