Montana Brown, the Love Island sensation, has just welcomed her second bundle of joy into the world and couldn't wait to share the news with her fans. The 29 year old reality TV alum took to Instagram to post an adorable snapshot cradling her new baby girl, with fiancé Mark O'Connor by her side. Which has been really really tricky because if you speak to midwives who are a little bit older and have had their training, they are quite confident at birthing breech babies because from what I've heard it's just a different form of vaginal delivery."
