Love Island USA Star Hannah Smith Charged with 2 Felonies After 2024 Arrest, Including 'Terroristic Threats'

'Love Island USA' star Hannah Smith was charged with two felonies of obstruction of officers and terroristic threats on Jan. 15 after her September 2024 arrest at a concert venue in Atlanta.

The incident occurred when the TV personality was escorted out of an Atlanta concert venue for being "disorderly by yelling and screaming," according to police records obtained by PEOPLE. On Wednesday, Jan. 15, Cobb County prosecutor Sonya Allen charged Smith with felonies of obstruction of officers and terroristic threats, according to court documents. At the time of the incident, Smith was reportedly "intoxicated" as she exited the concert venue, per police records previously obtained by PEOPLE.
