EXCLUSIVE Love Island star Patsy Field has lifted the lid on a spat she had with fellow islander Ayo Odukoya - and it's safe to say she was not impressed with his behaviour

Patsy named Jess, Omar and Sean as smokers and admitted she also smokes as she said: "When I was talking to Munveer, he's such a clean freak."
