A former Love Island star has shocked fans with their 'before' and 'after' pictures on Instagram as they shared their impressive weight loss journey as they shed five stone
Sharing her recent milestone with fans, Shaughna captioned the social media post - which featured a side by side image of her from 14 months ago and now, wearing the same outfit - with: "I won't lie, I still can't believe either of those people are me! I’ve spoken openly about struggling with my body image since I was a little girl (breaks my heart to even say that), so to be told I was seriously overweight at a doctors appointment wasn’t great,” she continued. The truth is, there has been weeks where I have found it so easy, and then there’s been months when I’ve seen no change, so I’m really trying to find what works for me, and I think I’m nearly there."
