Love Island star cleared of sexually assaulting British tourist at famous Ibiza beach club

Calum Best, who's starred in Love Island and Celebrity Big Brother, has been cleared of sexually assaulting a British tourist at Wayne Lineker's Ibiza beach club

After last Tuesday's one-day trial at the Audiencia Provincial Court in Palma, Majorca, it's been reported that Calum – a famous reality TV star and son of football legend George Best – won't face any punishment. Calum, 42, could've faced both jail time and a restraining order stopping him from being within 100 metres of the woman he allegedly attacked or trying to make contact with her for five years, according to Prosecutor Miguel Tous. The prosecutor argued for a three-year jail term for Calum, stating confidently in his final words at the trial: "For the prosecution the way the sexual assault happened has been proven here today in a clear and resounding manner."
