The former Made In Chelsea star, 33, paid a poignant tribute to her fiancé Ryan Libbey for being a pillar of strength during her two week stay in intensive care.
Alongside it was a length caption where the television personality thanked Ryan for visiting her every day in hospital, caring for Leo, asking the difficult questions about her health to medics and ensuring the house was perfect for her return. Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Louise shared a sweet video montage of Ryan, 33, playing with their son Leo, two, on holiday and a message they had sent her while she was in hospital The former Made In Chelsea star was admitted to hospital in London late last month following a series of health issues since giving birth to her son Leo.
