Louise Thompson was left devastated after stumbling upon a letter from her partner Ryan Libbey, in which he wrote down thoughts of leaving her. Ryan admitted: "Strangely enough, I can't actually remember writing it that well because I was in such a, flow state is the wrong word for this, but I was in a sort of emotional dumping zone." Louise, who now lives with a stoma as a result of her ongoing struggle with ulcerative colitis, remains committed to speaking candidly about her health challenges to support and educate others.
