Louise Minchin lifts lid on new career move as she opens up on BBC Breakfast exit

Former BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin gave a rare TV interview to James Martin on Saturday, where she opened up on her life post-exit and her new career path

Louise Minchin, the much-loved TV presenter, recently made a rare appearance on James Martin's Saturday Morning, where she was seen beaming as she joined the celebrity chef for a cooking lesson. The unpredictable UK weather presented new challenges, and recalling her time on Ant McPartlin's and Declan Donnelly's show, she mentioned that the entire group, including Good Morning Britain's Richard Madeley, had to be evacuated. "When I was on I'm A Celebrity, it was in a castle in Wales and you may remember that, that year we got evacuated because of a once in a lifetime-storm," she shared, revealing the inspiration behind her new book by adding: "So that planted the seed that reality TV can and does go wrong."
