Louis Walsh has been defended by a former X Factor star after his admissions in the Boyzone documentary branded him 'vile'.

Boyzone: No Matter What aired over the weekend (February 2) and one thing that fans all agreed on was their dislike of Louis Walsh. He also appeared to show immense glee at newspaper headlines that outed late band member Stephen Gately. Jaymi explained “LouLou” has “pure honesty, care, friendship and compassion”, adding he is one of the “most genuine” people he has ever met.
